ICT Project Manage

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to join our team. As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, project schedules, and project budgets
• Monitor and control project activities, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables and compliance with project requirements
• Identify, track and manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive leadership and project sponsors
• Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and vendors
• Manage project procurement activities, including procurement planning, contract development, and vendor selection
• Lead project team meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
• Provide guidance and support to project team members
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in managing ICT projects in a complex environment
• Experience in using project management software tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing project risks and issues
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards.
