As a Warehouse Labourer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading goods, order picking and packing, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This hands-on role is crucial to ensuring the efficient flow of products through our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and careful handling of products.
- Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, maintaining a high level of precision in the process.
- Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and managing inventory, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Quality Checks: Conduct routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets, meet deadlines, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
*Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.

*Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not required.
