Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and driven Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the safety and integrity of various structures.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and analyze structures, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

– Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural integrity and identify potential issues.

– Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and renovation projects.

– Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis tools to model and simulate structural systems.

– Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

– Perform calculations and simulations to assess the structural stability, load-bearing capacity, and resistance to external forces.

– Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

– Review and approve construction plans and materials to meet design specifications.

– Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering or a related field.

– Proven experience as a Structural Engineer or in a similar role.

– Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, design codes, and analysis methods.

– Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

– Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a plus.
