We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team for an internship opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with licensed speech pathologists to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in individuals across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.

*Assist in conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine the nature and extent of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

*Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.

*Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve clients’ speech and language abilities, addressing issues such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, expressive language, and social communication skills.

*Support clients in improving their voice quality, resonance, and fluency through targeted exercises and interventions.

*Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to clients’ treatment and progress.

*Document clients’ progress and maintain accurate and organized records of assessment findings, treatment plans, and session notes.

*Stay up to date with the latest advancements and research in the field of speech pathology to enhance your knowledge and contribute to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications:

*Recent graduate in a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

*Strong academic background in speech-language pathology, linguistics, psychology, or related field.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Empathetic and patient-centered approach to working with clients and their families.

*Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

*Basic knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in speech pathology.

*Familiarity with ethical guidelines and best practices in the field.

*Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
