Our client is a Registered Training Organisation focused on developing career paths for individuals currently working in, entering, or considering employment in the relevant industry. We are currently looking for a full-time RTO Manager in Sydney.

Job Description as listed below:

  • Lead and manage the RTO team.
  • Create and implement business and training plans for the year.
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization and government to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and manage budgets.
  • Obtain funding acquittals and submit tenders and grant submissions related to training
  • Ensure that all accredited training initiatives meet quality management, compliance, and funding requirements.
  • Ensures that the activities, duties, and responsibilities necessary to the success of the business are included in one or more roles by providing a structure and discipline for the employer.
  • Develops training and development strategies
  • Resolves queries neutrally and authoritatively, thus minimizing disputes and arguments.
