Our client is a Registered Training Organisation focused on developing career paths for individuals currently working in, entering, or considering employment in the relevant industry. We are currently looking for a full-time RTO Manager in Sydney and Melbourne.

Job Description as listed below:

*Lead and manage the RTO team.

*Create and implement business and training plans for the year.

*Communicate with other departments within the organization and government to ensure smooth operations.

*Plan and manage budgets.

*Obtain funding acquittals and submit tenders and grant submissions related to training

*Ensure that all accredited training initiatives meet quality management, compliance, and funding requirements.

*Ensures that the activities, duties, and responsibilities necessary to the success of the business are included in one or more roles by providing a structure and discipline for the employer.

*Develops training and development strategies

*Resolves queries neutrally and authoritatively, thus minimizing disputes and arguments.
