Position Overview: The Production Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the production process. This individual will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure timely production, adherence to quality standards, and effective communication throughout the production cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

*Production Planning: Collaborate with the production planning team to develop schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.

*Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments, including manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

*Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process. Address and resolve quality issues as they arise.

*Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and components for production.

*Timeline Management: Monitor production timelines and implement adjustments as needed to meet changing priorities and customer demands.

*Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements.

*Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, quality control reports, and inventory logs.

*Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment by facilitating effective communication and teamwork among production staff.

*Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Implement and enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in a production coordination role or similar position within a manufacturing environment.

*Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

*Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.

*Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of product quality.

*Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in production coordination or manufacturing.
