Pick Packer

The Pick Packer plays a crucial role in our logistics and fulfillment operations. Responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, this position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

*Order Picking: Retrieve products from shelves or storage locations based on order sheets or digital picking systems.

*Quality Checks: Ensure that picked items match order specifications and conduct quality checks on products before packing.

*Packing: Pack items securely and efficiently, adhering to packaging guidelines and standards.

*Labeling: Affix shipping labels and ensure accurate identification of packages.

*Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items, report discrepancies, and assist in regular stock checks.

*Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and logistics personnel, to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.

*Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

*Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order picking and packing.

*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.

*Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.

*Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

*Previous experience as a Pick Packer or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
