Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care through the evaluation and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments that impact an individual’s ability to engage in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

*Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, functional assessments, and evaluation of daily living skills to develop a personalized treatment plan.

*Provide evidence-based interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and psychosocial function.

*Educate patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily living activities.

*Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

*Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.

*Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

*Willingness to continue education and training as required.
