Responsibilities:
*Design and install landscapes, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
*Maintain landscapes, including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
*Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
*Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
*Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
Requirements:
*Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
*Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
*Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
*Excellent time management and organizational skills
*Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
