Our organization is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Manager to oversee our information and communication technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ICT team and ensuring the smooth and effective running of all ICT systems and infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage the ICT team and ensure all employees are effectively performing their roles.

*Develop and implement ICT strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.

*Ensure the smooth running and maintenance of all ICT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

*Develop and manage ICT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.

*Identify, assess, and manage ICT-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.

*Ensure compliance with relevant ICT legislation, policies, and procedures.

*Keep up-to-date with emerging ICT trends and technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

*At least five years of experience in a managerial role in the ICT field.

*Strong knowledge of ICT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

*Experience in developing and implementing ICT strategies and plans.

*Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
