General Factory Hand

As a General Factory Hand, you will be an integral part of our production team, supporting various tasks within the factory environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and Production: Perform hands-on tasks related to the assembly, production, and packaging of products according to established standards and procedures.
2. Material Handling: Safely handle and move raw materials, components, and finished products within the factory using appropriate equipment or manual methods.
3. Quality Control: Assist in quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specified standards. Report any defects or discrepancies to supervisors.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist in the routine maintenance of equipment and tools as needed.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
7. Adaptability: Be willing to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities and production demands.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous but not required.
2. Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting, and manual dexterity.
3. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
4. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
