Gardener (General)

We are seeking an experienced Gardener (General) to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the overall appearance of our clients’ gardens and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform general gardening duties such as pruning, mowing, edging, planting, and watering

*Use and maintain gardening equipment and machinery such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws

*Apply fertilizers and pesticides as necessary to ensure the health of plants and flowers

*Monitor and control pests and diseases in the garden

*Maintain garden beds and ensure they are weed-free

*Ensure that garden paths, patios, and other outdoor spaces are clean and well-maintained

*Work with clients to identify their gardening needs and preferences

*Develop and implement a garden plan that meets clients’ expectations and budget

*Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that their needs are being met

Requirements:

*Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role

*Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care

*Ability to use and maintain gardening equipment and machinery

*Good physical stamina and strength

*Attention to detail and ability to work independently

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Valid driver’s license
