Flower Grower

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Flower Grower to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and cultivating a variety of flowers in a greenhouse or outdoor garden setting.

Key Responsibilities:

*Planting, watering, fertilizing and pruning a variety of flowers including but not limited to roses, lilies, tulips, dahlias and daisies.

*Monitoring the health and growth of flowers, and taking corrective actions as needed.

*Applying pest control measures and maintaining a safe and healthy growing environment for the flowers.

*Managing the harvesting and packing of the flowers for distribution.

*Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure appropriate production and delivery of flowers according to customer demand.

*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of flower production and inventory.

Qualifications:

*Degree or diploma in horticulture or related field.

*Proven experience in flower growing and greenhouse management.

*Knowledge of plant biology, fertilizers and pest control techniques.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

*Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
