Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join their team. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring the smooth running of the establishment and delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

*Managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.

*Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met at all times.

*Coordinating events and activities to increase pub traffic and revenue.

*Handling customer complaints and ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.

*Conducting staff meetings and training sessions to improve service and maintain a safe working environment.

*Monitoring financial performance and ensuring that targets are met.

*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.

*Keeping up to date with industry trends and implementing best practices to improve the pub’s operations.

Requirements:

*At least 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

*Strong leadership and communication skills.

*Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

*Excellent customer service skills.

*Strong organizational and time management skills.

*Knowledge of licensing laws and health and safety regulations.

*Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
