Barista

We are currently seeking a few Full Time, Part-time, Casual Barista in all over Sydney.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

*Passion for quality specialty coffee

*At least one year of barista experience in similar fast paced environment

*Experience in a hygiene controlled environment

*An understanding of how to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

*Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure

*Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and excellent customer service skills

*Fully vaccinated for Covid-19, influenza, and any other illness as required by legislation or industry best practice from time to time.

Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent.

*Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.

*Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.

*Exceptional listening and communication skills.

*Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

*Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

*A polite, engaging personality.

*Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

*Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
