Barista

We are currently seeking a few Full Time, Part-time, Casual Barista in all over Sydney.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Passion for quality specialty coffee
• At least one year of barista experience in similar fast paced environment
• Experience in a hygiene controlled environment
• An understanding of how to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and excellent customer service skills
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19, influenza, and any other illness as required by legislation or industry best practice from time to time.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A polite, engaging personality.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
